Lucky’s Chili
- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 1 pound Stew Beef – ½” cubes
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/8 tsp Coriander
- 1/8 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 tsp chopped Fresh Garlic
- 1 tsp Flake Salt
- ¾ tsp Tabasco Sauce
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp ground Black Pepper
- 1/3 pound Chopped Yellow Onions
- 1 can crushed Tomatoes
- 1 cup Water
- 1 can Kidney Beans (drained)
- 1 can diced Tomatoes
Brown off ground beef in a soup pot. Add diced meat. When diced meat has cooked to medium, add all spices and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except beans. Let simmer for one hour, or until reduced to desired consistency. Add kidney beans and cook for 15 more minutes.
