1/3 cup Mayonnaise

2/3 cup Sour Cream

1/3 cup Buttermilk

1 tbsp Roasted Garlic (about 3-4 plump cloves)

¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar

2 ¼ tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

1 tsp dry Basil

¾ tsp Kosher Salt

½ tsp Ground Black Pepper

Using an electric mixer, blend mayonnaise and sour cream until creamy. Add remaining ingredients, blending thoroughly. Store dressing in the refrigerator.

Makes: about 2 cups
